I could not be happier with the flowers. I was unable to make the funeral. But was told my multiple family members how beautiful the flowers were and how different from anything they have seen. It is great when you can count on a company to deliver what they show on their website. I will definitely use and highly recommend Ponti's Petals.

I ordered a Dumb Cane plant but a Peace Lily was delivered. Not a big deal. I LOVE this florist & will use them again!

I'm sorry if you were disappointed that I did not send the dumb cane. However, there are several things I should make you aware of. While they are listed on my web site, I do not carry them because they do not last and are poisons to pets. I was unaware that it was on my website. It is difficult to keep track of all the items on my website due to the large number of products available. The dumb cane plant has been removed. Ps. The recipient loved the peace lily and I went in depth as to the care of it. Thank you so much for your patronage and your review. Kathy

the sunflowers that have been coming in were not up to my standards. They have been wilted, small and damaged. The gerberas are far more expensive and I felt it was better to send an arrangement that would last and be beautiful. I believe there is a disclaimer on the web site in regard to the filling of these orders. Sorry you were disappointed. There are shortages on everything these days

Very happy with the service I have received from Ponti’s. I’ve been here twice since moving to Dunellen and they have been very friendly and helpful each time. Beautiful arrangements for Valentine’s and Mother’s Day so far. It’s great to have a local shop to support instead of going to the grocery and just picking out whatever is lying around. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement with plenty of yellow and orange flowers, my favorite colors, along with several other colors to balance it out. Love that a few of the lilies have since fully opened making it even nicer, if possible. Will definitely be using Ponti's Petals when I need to order flowers in the future. You made my BD especial memorable. Thank you for your expertise.

Ordering on line was easy. But I didn't see an email confirmation of the order and that concerned me, so I called that evening to verify. It had been received, and the conversation I had was helpful because we had to change the flowers; I had picked the wrong flowers on line. Delivery was just when I wanted it. Ponti's is always high quality and gives the personal touch.

The Flowers were amazing, vase was beautiful and everything was put together perfectly. They delivered on time and went really smooth. Our only issues were the website seemed to give me 3 price options but no explanation as to what the amount meant, and the chocolates that were added on the side were an okay quality. Probably won't add them again but everything else was great!

The flowers were beautiful, I received a picture from the person they were delivered to. They were delivered on time, but I specifically ordered yellow roses, because they were Her favorite, and what her husband always gave her. The roses were white.

I received a "surprise" beautiful fall flower arrangement, in a glass vase, on my birthday.... from a dear friend living in another state. The arrangement is just gorgeous....all Fall colors. Here it is....now Dec. 2, 2016, and the arrangement is still alive!!! Continues to look (3 weeks later!!!) as beautiful as the day it arrived on November 10th. Based on my experience, I've just ordered an arrangement to be sent to my friend who is currently in a Rehabilitation Center. Great job, Ponti's Petals!!

I'm not exactly sure what you mean but there is a box entitled, additional information, and you could have filled in information, such as a desired delivery time. Thank you for your order and I hope they were very happy with it. I believe I did called trying to set up a delivery time but I'm not entirely sure since it was about 2 weeks ago.
